Was reading that everyone on Mrs Browns B's is related to the main guy in some way ... cousins, nephews, son-in-laws etc etc
I watched an episode of Count Arthur Strong once and sat like a stunned mullet waiting for the comedy.
Astonishing. But not in a good way

Mrs Brown's Boys Series 1 and 2 were absolutely fantastic. The rest of it since has been terrible, with the exception of the film which was even worse.

I'd have Friday Night Dinner on there as well. Love that.
I hated MBB with a passion, but I did watch it one week and it made me laugh a couple of times and I can now sit through an episode quite happily without swearing at the TV. Still hate Citizen Khan with a passion although Adil Ray's CK character has been quite funny when seen outside of the sitcom format.

Best UK comedy right now is on the radio.
Some of the shows mentioned, and plenty in that list of 'better' US shows, are so bad they feel like wind-ups.
